Our Features

Import Vendors with CSV:

There are two ways to add vendors to VenBoss. You can manually add them one at a time using the +Add button or you can use the +Import button to upload a CSV File. This is a great way to easily add hundreds of vendors at one time by inputting data from any tradeshow.  When you upload the CSV file, there Is also a cross-check to look for duplicate vendors to reduce the chance of double contacts.

Vendor Directory:

See all of your vendors in one place along with the company information, status of their account and the last date updated. VenBoss offers a robust list of filters to choose from to help you create daily call lists for your virtual assistants. Create a daily call list based on Status, Last Date Updated, or Call Back Date.

Vendor Page:

Add key information for each vendor. There is a section for notes, check boxes for if a vendor has UPC files, MAP pricing or if an order was placed. There is also a section for Assignments if want to assign your virtual assistants to any role for the account. There are three different sections for files. This includes one for Catalogs, one for UPC files and one for the output file from UPC software or from Keepa.

Dashboard:

Use the dashboard to quickly click into any vendor status to see what vendors fall into each bucket. Use the upcoming follow ups section to see what calls you have coming up during the week to follow up on.

Admin Section:

We saved the best for last. Assign one of five roles to different team members. For each step of the account process, VenBoss will send email notifications to team members based on triggers. This makes it easy to manage team members so they don’t have to check the software to see when they have a job to perform. Everything will come through email notifications. In this section, you can also add categories, or create custom categories to add them to vendors.
